1. Our Services

LM Tours provides premium executive chauffeur services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, event logistics, and private tours. All bookings are subject to availability and these terms. We pride ourselves on punctuality and professional excellence in every journey.

2. Booking Requirements

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle choice. Last-minute requests are handled based on immediate fleet availability. All clients must provide accurate flight details, pickup locations, and contact information at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our rates are calculated based on mileage, vehicle class, and duration. All quoted prices are inclusive of tolls and parking fees unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. Full payment is required 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Any items left in the vehicle will be held for 30 days. Customers must ensure they are ready for pickup at the agreed time; wait times exceeding 15 minutes may incur additional charges.

6. Chauffeur and Vehicle Standards

All our chauffeurs are professionally trained, vetted, and adhere to strict dress codes. Our fleet, including the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and larger executive vehicles, undergoes regular safety inspections and is maintained to the highest aesthetic and mechanical standards.

7. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illicit substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. LM Tours reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if a passenger's behavior is deemed unsafe, abusive, or damaging to the vehicle.

8. Liability

While we strive for absolute punctuality, LM Tours is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic accidents, or road closures. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fare.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during booking is used solely for service fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law or for payment processing security.
