The journey with Charles was pleasant, he is a great personality. We were caught in traffic, and he did everything possible to find alternative ways to the airport, just so we are not too late. And after he left us, he still sent us a message wishing us a safe trip and gave us information on what was causing traffic, that was really appreciated. Our teams have hired drivers in many countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Nigeria, Iceland, Croatia and South Africa. I can honestly say that Charles, with LM Tours was the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely hire him again, and recommend him to friends who are traveling to Johannesburg and surrounding cities. Before our visit we were able to confirm that the daily/hourly rates were within our budget.  Those prices were adhered to. Charles was waiting at the airport upon arrival, greeting us with his sign. He made himself available every day for our travel, even though we did not have a pre-planned itinerary. When we had questions regarding procuring printing or office supplies, Charles did the research and found the right vendors. Four of us comfortably rode in his van, which was clean, roomy and well-maintained. Despite rain and traffic, Charles was on time, and able to calculate travel time to our destination in advance. His driving skills made us always feel safe and secure. When an address wasn’t easily located on his GPS device or Internet, Charles had no qualms about asking the locals for directions. He was polite and maintained a good rapport with everyone. I could tell that he was very observant, determined to watch for potential problems. He accompanied our team on foot as well, to make sure we could locate a bank, grocery, drugstore, or souvenir market. After two weeks, upon departure, Charles didn’t simply drop me off at the curb of the airport. He parked the vehicle, handled the luggage, and accompanied me to the ticket counter, making sure I was comfortable right up until I entered TSA. What a gentleman! Charles is both professional and personable. We felt respected and cared for. He has an excellent sense of humor, sometimes necessary while traveling. Thank you Charles, and LM Tours.
