How do I book a chauffeur service with LM Tours?
You can easily book online via our Book Now page or client portal. Alternatively, contact our dispatcher support via WhatsApp or email for bespoke arrangements.
What is your flight delay policy for airport pickups?
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed or early, your chauffeur's dispatch schedule is automatically adjusted accordingly. There are no additional charges for delayed flights.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior are subject to a 50% fee, and within 12 hours are non-refundable.
Are your chauffeurs vetted and licensed?
Yes, 100%. All LM Tours chauffeurs undergo strict background checks, defensive driving assessments, and hold valid Professional Driving Permits (PrDP).
